This feature is only available to the alliance captain, vice-captains, and elite members. If you're one of them, follow these steps:

- Click on the alliance at the bottom right of the screen.
- Click on the members icon.
- Select the member whose rank you want to change.
Choose either ""Increase"" to promote members who are two ranks below you or ""Decrease"" to demote members below your rank.
