When you complete any active talents such as rapid production, emergency recall, First Aid so on, you can use it to benefit from the skill.

You can find active talents by clicking on the talent button on the right side of the main interface.

Active talent has a cooling time. After each use, you have to wait for a specific time for the subsequent use.
