By upgrading the Lord level, you will receive talent points, which you can use to activate your inner talents. 
 

You have three types of talents: Economic, Combat, and Balance. Depending on your strategy, you can choose which skills you want to upgrade first.
 

You can upgrade the lord level by upgrading the buildings, completing tasks, attacking monsters and dungeons, or using the lord's EXP props.
