The Hall of Valor is a building designed to restore lost troop power.
If your troops die and the Hospital is full, the Hall of Valor will accumulate 70% of the dead. 
The more wounded troops in the Hospital, the slower Loyalty accumulates.
Likewise, the higher the Loyalty value, the slower it accumulates

Important Notes:
- You can upgrade the Hospital's level to increase its recruiting capacity. 

- You can recruit troops in the Hall to quickly replenish your losses after battles. 
- Minimize the number of wounded units in the Hospital to ensure faster restoration.
- The Hall of Valor will be available when the city hall reaches level 10
