Talent Skills are special abilities you can unlock and use after upgrading your Talents.
You can view and activate them by following these steps:

Tap your avatar in the top-left corner of the screen.

Tap on "Talents."

Tap on "Talent Skill" in the bottom-right corner.

Select the skill you want to use, then tap "Use."
