To upgrade Titanio skills, follow these steps:

-Tap on the Shrine of Titans building
-Tap on Titanio
-Select the Titanio you wish to upgrade, then tap "Mutaiton."
-Choose the skill you want to upgrade, then tap "Upgrade"

Note: Some skills can only be unlocked once Titanio reaches a certain advancement level.
