To block a player in the World chat:
- Click on their message.
- Choose “add to blacklist".
- In case you want to unblock a player, click on the blacklist icon in the top right of the world chat screen, then pick the desired player and click remove. (The maximum number of players you can block is currently 30.)
- To block a player in the Alliance chat or private chat, click on that player's photo and slide the button near the "blacklist" icon.
- With this feature, you can also report violations, as Commanders can mute players in the world chat for a certain period. When the reports reach a specific number, the system automatically mutes that player. To report a violation, simply click on the offensive chat and then choose "report violation.
