You can get to the alliance fort site on the map by clicking on the (world) icon in the bottom left of the screen then click on the map icon in the bottom left of the screen.

You will find icons for each of your base, alliance leader, alliance members, alliance fort, and Battle Lab, as well as other places, click on the "Alliance fort" location on the map, and you will be moved directly to its place.
