You can increase the Alliance capacity by the following:
-Upgrade alliance technology such as (Major Alliance 1), (Major Alliance 2) and (Major Alliance 3), noting that the maximum alliance capacity is 110 members.
-You can expel inactive bases to make space for active ones.
