When you upgrade a specific troop factory to Iron Blood levels, the attributes of that troop type will increase.

The higher you raise the factory to Iron Blood levels, the greater the increase in the attributes you will receive. You can check this increase by clicking on the factory and then selecting "Train," where this information will be displayed at the top of the screen next to the Iron Blood sigil icon.
