You can get high-level units by:
- Upgrade the tank factories located inside your base to unlock advanced vehicles, artillery, and tanks.
- Purchase them from some packs.
- Collected from events rewards.
- Upgrade the tanks that you own to level 11 and 12 by clicking on Assembly plants after unlocking this particular level in your factories.
