The feature to choose and replace the Alliance flag is only available for the Alliance captain by following these steps:

- Click on the Alliance icon on the bottom right of the screen.

- Click on "Alliance Admin."

- Pick "View Alliance Flag."

- You will have two options, "Alliance flag" and "National flag." choose whichever you prefer and click on "Change Avatar" at the cost of 1000 gold.
