It is one of the commander's skills that you need to learn to benefit from.

 This skill activates automatically once the number of your injured units exceeds the Service Center limit, and it increases the limit of service centers by 100,000. Once activated, the skill will remain in effect for 2 hours. You must repair the extra wounded troops within that time limit; if you don't, they will become killed troops after the effect of the skill ends.

-If the remaining time for activation is 10 minutes, the system will send you a message reminding you to repair the damaged troops.
