Rebel army warehouses become available during cross-server border war events.

Here is some info about the Rebel Army warehouses:
- Once the border war begins, there is a countdown to opening the Rebel Army warehouses. When the countdown ends, commanders can attack the warehouses to collect resources after defeating the rebels.
- A protective shield is activated when all the resources inside have been looted. The warehouse will reopen after a set cooldown period.
- Rebel army warehouses will be opened alternatively in either side's servers until the war ends.
- A set number of level 9 resource zones will spawn when a rebel warehouse opens.
- Level 9 resource zones contain many resources that can be collected faster than normal.
