Policies followed when redeeming after gaining items:

1. If the player redeems for the first time despite collecting it, the system will send a message warning him that he must return these items by clicking the exclamation mark on the chat to avoid the system's automatic three-day ban if the process is repeated.
2. If the player redeemed the shipping amount for the second time even though he collected it and did not return the items whose value was recovered.The first time, the system will ban him for three days, and he will receive a message with the date and the time for unbanning the account.
3. If the player redeemed the shipping amount for the second time even though he collected it and did not return the items whose value was recovered the first time and the second time, the system would permanently ban his account. A pop-up message would show that the account is banned.
4. If the player redeems the shipping amount twice in a row, he will not be able to see the first alert, and his account will be temporarily banned, as mentioned in point No. 2.
5. If the player returns all the items he has redeemed, the redeeming process will not be considered a violation, and the account will not be banned.

Note: Repeated redeeming processes will block the account.
