Rare earth is essential to upgrade the base, complete missions, and research. You can get Rare Earth items by completing Daily Tasks, Purchasing Packs, and participating in events. Also, you can take them as rewards for Defeating the Rebel Forces or as a reward when you collect any resource from the resource locations.
Note: The Rare Earth will appear next to the resource slot when your level reaches 35.
