You can earn Halloween Chat decorations, whether permanent (one year) or (3 days), by using the Pumpkin Lantern or the Strange Pumpkin Lantern that you may get when they are available in the game from:
- Purchasing packs that contain these items.
- Rewards for attacking the rebel forces.
- Some events rewards or tasks that have these items.
