Please note that Spyder Points are calculated when upgrading the following buildings: service center, Assembly Plants, Ore Refinery, Eco farmland, Fuel Refinery, and Steel Furnace, from level 15 and above.
For example, upgrading the Steel Furnace from level 15 to 16 will earn you Spyder Points, but no points will be awarded if it is below level 15. This applies to all the buildings mentioned above.

As for the other buildings inside your base, you will receive Spyder Points when upgrading them, regardless of their level, As long as your Command Center has reached level 10.
