The account link change feature is not generally available in-game. Requests related to it are only considered in specific, exceptional cases, such as technical issues that prevent the player from accessing their base or account.

 

Eligible Cases for Consideration:

A genuine issue preventing access to the account linked to the base (e.g., loss of access to the linked platform, such as Facebook or Google).

Confirmed cases of hacking or unauthorized access, provided that the required evidence is submitted.

 

General Conditions:

-A request to change the account link is allowed only once per calendar year (January 1 – December 31).

-The request may involve changing the linked platform (e.g., Facebook, Google, Apple).

-The request must be submitted exclusively through the support team.

 

Mandatory Verification Requirements  :

To review the request, proof of account ownership must be provided by submitting a specific number of valid purchase receipts that match the required dates.

 

Receipts must clearly show:

-Transaction date

-Value of the purchased package

-Payment method used

-Game name and platform

-Order ID (GPA/Order ID)

 

Note: The required number and dates of the receipts will be specified by the support team after receiving the request.

 

Important Notes:

-A second request within the same calendar year will be automatically rejected.

-Incomplete or unverifiable requests will be immediately declined with no exceptions.

-If the required purchase receipts cannot be provided, the request will be automatically rejected.

-We do not support account sharing or trading. Any such activity may result in a permanent ban of the account and all involved parties.

-Player ID / Username / Server number

-Reason for the account link change request

-The currently linked platform

-Purchase receipts (dates to be specified after the request is reviewed)

 

Security & Policy:

The support team reserves the right to reject any request in the following cases:

-Unusual or suspicious activity on the account

-Inability to verify account ownership

-Confirmed account sharing or trading
