Exploitation Categories
Exploitation violations are assessed based on severity and frequency, including:
- Simple exploitation of glitches or bugs to gain undeserved advantage.
- Repeated exploitation or use of unauthorized tools.
- Advanced cheating methods or deliberate repeat offenses.
- Serious manipulation of game systems or mechanics.
- Malicious intent or continuous abuse.
- Use of external programs to modify original game properties.
Bug Reporting Policy
Players are required to immediately report any bugs or glitches discovered through direct communication with the support team. Exploiting any bug, even if resulting from a technical error, constitutes a clear violation subject to escalating penalties.
Support Team Authority
The support team has the following powers to ensure fairness within the game:
- Penalty escalation: Adjusting or escalating penalties based on the severity and circumstances of the violation.
- Gradual escalation principle: Applying penalties based on the frequency of violations within the same category of behaviors.
- Immediate ban: In cases of security threats or legal violations, a permanent ban can be imposed without following the usual escalating sequence.
- Final decisions: Support team decisions are final in severe or critical cases, based on technical assessment of each situation.
- Long-term mute or freeze: In cases where a player exhibits repeated and intentional hostile behavior, particularly in accounts primarily used for disruption, the support team reserves the right to impose a permanent mute or long-term freeze without prior warning, in the interest of players' well-being within the game.
Conditional Violation Record Reset Policy
To encourage positive behavior and provide players with an opportunity to improve their in-game experience, the following policy applies:
If a player does not commit any behavioral violations for two consecutive months from the date of the last violation, penalties for minor or moderate behavioral violations are reset.
Example: If a player commits two violations resulting in mutes, and then refrains from violations for two months, any subsequent violation will be treated as a "first" violation again.
Important Exception
In cases where a deliberate or clear pattern of "violation - temporary compliance - new violation" is repeated, the support team reserves the right to disregard this rule and not reset the record, to maintain policy integrity and prevent misuse.
This policy does not apply to cheating, exploitation, or hacking violations, which remain permanently recorded and are subject to escalation accordingly.
