🔍 Possible reasons:
- The code is incorrect: Make sure the code is entered accurately with no extra spaces.
- The code has already been used: Codes can only be redeemed once.
- The code has expired: The offer might be time-limited.

-Tap "Try Again" to reattempt after checking the code.
-If you're sure the code is correct and hasn't been used:
- Tap the "Contact Us" button in the pop-up window (as shown in the image below).
- Provide the code you entered and a screenshot if possible.
